Initial concept based on your brief and site visit. Up to 3 variations included. We push the brief further — exploring what the site and design can offer beyond the obvious.

Pricing Plans
Detailed structural plans showing plumbing, electrical, bracing and framing — enabling contractors to price your build accurately before consent is sought.

Council Plans
Full developed plans meeting all NZ Building Code requirements, compiled with all mandatory specialist documents and lodged with your local council.

Builder Workshops
We host concept workshops with your builder on site or in our Te Aroha office — aligning design intent with buildability and budget from the start.

Specialist Coordination
Ibex manages all required specialist reports — geotech, structural, stormwater, wastewater and more — so nothing falls through the gaps before lodgement.

Construction Involvement
We stay involved throughout the build — resolving on-site queries, assessing deviations from plans, and managing any council amendments required.
